Honestly- it is not straigth forward tool- you need to spend time and learn how to use it so it is not exceptionally user friendly.

What do you dislike?
Not a big deal if you're not a developer, but the price of using their API is kind of ridiculous! $149 a month, seriously? Why don't don't you offer a reasonable smaller plan developers trying to accomplish minor things.

Make it possible in Zapier to send contracts for signing to Send Now, looks more legitimate to clients in my opinion for signing.

Great customer service
I messed up, and realized after being billed that I hadn't actually finished cancelling my membership. Customer service (Anna) was very helpful, voiding the payment and cancelling my membership, which is a far better policy than most companies have. Her messages were friendly and the response time was very quick.

How do you merge overlapping paths in Illustrator?
Select the shapes you want to combine, Go to: Window Pathfinder (Command/Ctrl + Shift + F9) and use Merge option from pathfinder. Illustrator has no method to remove overlapping paths which I'm aware of.
