PDF Filler - Time Saver It's another great tool to have in my toolbox. It's important to be quick and effective in my line of work and this helps tremendously. Outstanding customer service So I apparently signed up for the 30 day trial, but with memory issues forgot as I only needed for one thing. However, 30 days later I got charged. Now, although it was fantastic and easy to use for that one thing a month ago, it’s not something I use a lot of, hence why I forgot. Anyway, after contacting the customer services dept through their email, they very quickly responded within 30 minutes and after hearing my story, gave a full refund. I’m sorry I don’t need to use the program as it was very easy to edit my PDF and convert etc, but I would highly recommend this company’s PDFFiller software.

Excellent customer service. Keep it up. Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.

You can't put an image in an Excel spreadsheet cell and import that image into a mail-merged Word document. That just doesn't work. You can use mail merge fields (“MINEFIELDS”) in an INCLUDEIMAGE field to dynamically change the name of the image it's inserting.
Reconnect to your Data Source file: from the Start Mail Merge group, click Select Recipients, Use an Existing List, browse to your Excel Data Source file. Press FN+ALT+F9 to display field codes. Click in the square in the banner on the right where the picture will be inserted:
First and foremost, in your source Excel file, insert a new column to put the location of your pictures. Then open Word and finish all other editing. Click Mailings tab. Then click Select Recipients and choose Use Existing List.
Double-click the image, which opens the picture on the Word page. Click once on the first image, press and hold down the Ctrl key and then click once on each other image. When they're all selected, click the Insert button and the to-be-merged pictures open together on the page, but not yet merged.
Word does not have any inherent ability to mail merge charts. This add-in gets around that by using an Excel data source for the merge process, in conjunction with a Letter type mail merge document. The charts themselves are created in Excel and copied to a bookmark reinserted in the document.
Navigate to the “Layout” tab under “Table Tools.” Drag your cursor over a selection of cells you want to merge. Click the “Merge Cells” button in the ribbon.
In Word, select Mailings > Start Mail Merge. Choose the kind of merge you want to run. Go to the Mailings tab and select Recipients > Use an Existing List. Find your Excel file, then select Open. If Word prompts you, choose Sheet$1 > OK.
