I am very impressed at the features, especially being able to combine pdf files and edit files. I find navigating to and from the 'My Forms' area a bit clunky. The 'save as' feature takes forever to achieve, too many steps for a file that is already created. For my business, it would be a huge benefit to be able to print out a confirmation page when my faxes have been sent and received. I like to keep such confirmations with the files as proof. All in all, I love the program and am thankful for such a convenient and manageable product.

What do you like best?
Customizable PDF documents for clients, editing documents are very important in Real Estate...and PDFfiller has made that extremely simple.
What do you dislike?
Can't really say that I dislike anything...however, I use is solely for the purpose of creating and editing documents..so my perspective comes from that angle.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Its hard to get clients to resign at times due to travel schedules, work schedules...so being able to edit a document in real time while in front of my client helps out tremendously.

This app is really user-friendly. It has everything you would expect it to have and more. I never had to google how to do something on this app, every function is there and easy to use.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. pdfFiller is part of a VERY reputable company that stands by their quality and customer service. There are other similar programs out there, but this one offers much more functionality. Highly recommend if you need pdf editing.
