After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

It has made life much easier for my clients to receive what they need in a more timely manner

When a field needs to be erased, the program always resets to add text. You have to re-select the erase button after each erased field.

I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named **** was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I loved this software and features
I loved this software and features. However it's just out of my budget right now. It would be helpful if there was a monthly subscription or payment plan. Instead of $96 all at once there should be an option to pay a monthly fee of $8.

How do you reduce the MB size of a photo?
The Photo Compress app available at Google Play does the same thing for Android users. Download the app and launch it. Select the photos to compress and adjust the size by choosing Resize Image. Be sure to keep the aspect ratio on so the resizing doesn't distort the height or width of the photo.
How do I convert an image to 5kb?
Go to the JPG Size Reducer. Upload your JPG and convert it to PDF. Click 'Compress' on the result page. This tool will cut down the size of your JPEG file.
How do I compress a photo to 16kb?
Right-click on the image file in the File Explorer, select Open With, Paint. Select main menu item Image, Stretch/Skew Change the Horizontal and Vertical percentages to a percentage less than 100. Select the main menu item File >> Save As to save the resized image.
