It would be much more efficient if multiple copies of the same form were filled automatically with the information entered on the original. Completing the documents should be quicker and simpler, no reason one has to play with font size and trying to pin point the location of the mouse to ensure proper destination in the field of entry on the form.

I like the ease of use. I do think the help system needs and upgrade. Should have a searchable index. It is hard to find topics. I am an experienced software guy and just want to find out how to do thinks.

What do you like best?
Allows unlimited potential to edit virtually any document and send it electronically or conventionally. This software is a time saver/life saver.
What do you dislike?
The drawback. The Eraser tool. This tool could use some work as far as the shape of the tool. The option to be circular as well as the normal shape would be of great assistance when editing. A competitor of yours, sorry to mention uses an eraser too that is amazing and I have thought of switching simply for access to the editing qualities of that software. It allows for the one time purchase of their software and I would not pay monthly fees to maintain it either.

The editor allows our office to clean up and mark up documents received in our office such as lease agreements or forms attached to a policy which either enhance or negatively impact the clients coverage from year to year. We directly not on those forms in our proposals during renewal negotiations so the client has specifically seen and reviewed how the coverage impacts their insurance needs.

It really makes billing a lot easier. The program is really user friendly and it saves all your work
It makes it so much easier to print of my cms 1500 forms for insurance billing.
I like that this software saves your previous work so you can reprint if you make a typo or need to add something to submit again.

pdfFiller is great so far
pdfFiller is great so far, but I would like a bit more comprehensive editing tools. For example better alignment options for fields, even spacing, more flexible sizing options, and maybe support for tables. Also, right-alignment of fields works on-screen, but always prints left-aligned. Other than that, the ease of use and clean interface are a pleasure to use.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Double-click Transactions. Double-click Payment Vouchers. Click Form and select New to create a new batch. Click Form and select New to create a new payment voucher. Select A/P in the Voucher Type field. Enter a code in the Vendor Code field.

Instruct the customer to enter his or her DEBT card number using the iSC250 keypad, and then press the Enter key. Instruct the customer to enter the expiration date for the DEBT Cardin MANY format using the iSC250 keypad, and then press the Enter key. Complete the ticket normally.
