Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I was most pleased with how quickly the customer service representatives and support were able to resolve my issues. If I ever need to use this companies product again, I wouldnt hesitate.

This is an absolutely AMAZING service
This is an absolutely AMAZING service, the only reason I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cost. To expect people to pay so much money (especially during the pandemic) when everyone needs to work and operate from home is unconscionable. If this service was, say, $12.99/mo. then I would most definitely pay it. However, the monthly cost is nearly three times that high, and it is not something I can afford on unemployment benefits of $235 per week. This service is amazing and efficient, but the company is not being realistic about the current cost of its services. And no, offering annual payments of $200+ is not a viable solution.

I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.

Is the Case harder than the GED?
CH SPE is generally considered a bit more difficult than the GED examination, but I'm sure there are other differences. We didn't research them, because the college counselor said CH SPE was the exam to take. GED vs. CH SPE To take the GED, a student must be 18 years old, or a drop-out for 6 months.
Is Case the same as GED?
While the CH SPE is a shorter test and includes fewer subjects, the GED offers more scheduling options. In addition, the GED is used across the country while the CH SPE is only offered to California residents.
Is the Case hard to pass?
How hard is the CH SPE? If you have taken the CASE (the California High School Exit Exam) you will be in for a surprise since the CH SPE test is actually easier. The CASE is required of all high school students in order to graduate in California and tests more subjects. The time for the CH SPE test is 3½ hours.

If you pass both sections of the CH SPE, the California State Board of Education will award you a Certificate of Proficiency, which by state law is equivalent to a high school diploma (although not equivalent to completing all coursework required for regular graduation from high school).
