Had to fill in a long medical form. PDFfiller makes it easy and a lot neater than my handwriting. Easy of use and no software to download. Cloud storage is great my documents are all stored where I know they are for future modifications.
Worry about encryption and security of stored documents but most of my work is not confidential so that is one reason I use it.

This software has solved many problems for a few clients, well done.
Being able to host the forms online for anyone to fill out, which is something that I couldn't find with any other software.
No way to remove the flow of fields, you are just able to move the order around, which is very annoying as well.

Making signing easy
It was a great team friendly program that made things get done a lot faster and more efficiently even in large with large numbers working on the same thing.
Makes getting multiple groups of people working on one thing done faster with not all having to come to the same place.
Sometimes it was difficult trying to download the papers once the words were added.
