Some frustration with the search option. I was searching for W-2 for 2020. Could not find, so chatted. I'd solved my problem by the time the chat person responded. Today I was looking for a fillable PPP Loan Forgiveness form. It may be there, but the search said no results.

Product outperformed other PDF software for my needs at the time! Customer services are A++, an annual subscription fee was taken as I had forgotten to stop this after my use, upon emailing pdfFiller's 'Live chat' the refund was processed and I received a confirmation email of this from PayPal in less than 30 seconds! If it wasn't for Covid19, I would have continued the subscription, but after losing my job my finances are paramount! Hopefully I will be in a position to return to your service in future! I am using PDF filler to help sign documents that were sent with Adobe and therefore locked for a countersignature, date or time stamp edits, and changes to PDF documents to fix legal edits.
This software is very easy to use, gets the job done, and is extremely well priced relative to its competitors.
There are no features I dislike, it has honestly been a huge lifesaver at work as I am constantly fixing documents/changing pdf versions.
