Why can't I edit a PDF file?

How do I manage signatures in Foxit?
Manage Signatures Click Add to create signatures and initials. Click the Edit or Delete icon to edit or delete existing signatures. Click the Upload icon to upload the signature to Foxit eSign server. Please note that Foxit eSign server only saves one group of signatures (full name and initials).
