Learning how to use pdffiller I'm just learning how to use pdffiller, and it's very easy to pick up. Of course, I've had to ask their tech support for help, and later discovered the answers were simple and in my face! It's all there. Tech support is great. They get back to you asap with very friendly and pertinent info. I especially like the fact that you can create paperless docs and set them up to reuse them as templates. I think it's a great product!

When dealing with an expired document, the first step is to log in to your account. Once logged in, navigate to your account settings where you can locate the 'Documents' section. In this section, search for the expired document by using keywords or the date of signing.
Unfortunately, there is no way to extend the expiration time of a document once it has become expired. Expiration dates are set at 60 days by default, however, with a Business or Enterprise plan, it is possible to set up your documents to auto-expire after up to 3650 days.
To remove the “Expired” status, you have two options: Change the document back to draft. To do so, open the document, and click on Actions > Edit. Modify expiration settings and document content (if needed) and resend it to your recipients.
Open the document, in the top right, click Actions > Edit document, and confirm you wish to edit the document. Make changes to the document that you need and once ready, send it out again. After you have resent the document, the recipient will get a new notification email with the latest document version.

You can customize the table of contents block as any text or table block in your template or document. Start by selecting the block, then select Properties on the floating panel, then go to Design on the right. Here you'll be able to customize: Row colors.
Hover over the document name, click on the vertical ellipsis menu, then choose Replace source file. Next, in the pop-up, click Select file to replace your uploaded content. That's it!
How to Manually Change the Status Go to the Document list. Hover over the document on the far right. Select the vertical ellipses. Select Change status from the dropdown.
