Web based PDF signing tool I use PDFfiller for signing purchase orders or sending proposals for clients to digitally sign. It's great because users can sign documents in their browser without needing to download anything. PDFfiller's editing tools leave much to the imagination. I don't use the editing features as I can accomplish what I need with other programs.

The name truly fits This program is very easy to use and gives the user lots of tools. I had to make a few changes to a large and older PDF and I was able to make those changes. Great software for the money Great software for the money. Has helped tremendously with our business needs. The only thing I would change is the LinktoFill. This gets confusing due to saving a file when you make updates to it and then you end up with having the two files. there should be an option to update exsiting file. Besides that, great program.

Great Customer Service I signed up for the free trial and ended up not needing to utilize their services. I had thought I had cancelled it, but for some reason it never went through, so I ended up getting charged for the full year. I contacted their live chat and a representative named Anna was very helpful and got the refund processed right away. Thank you for being gracious and so helpful! I very much appreciate this company's customer service. I will definitely use them in the future! :)

What do you like best? I like how simple it is to navigate fields. The program is really good about identifying editable fields in all documents. What do you dislike? I think they can improve the downloading/saving function. There seem to be more steps than one would expect. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you are looking for software that is simple and allows you to edit PDF files easily, this is your program. I feel the least amount of pain when renewing my subscription. For me, it is a must-have tool. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Zero lag time in legal documents or any documents that require redlining, editing, etc.
