Just concerned that e-mail was sent with form.
I did not want to subscribe to PDFfiller as I was trying to ensure that a form for Strikenet had been sent and received. I did not authorize $119.88 USD to be charged to my Visa. What I did approve was $170.00 for a Strikenet report. First attempt at trying to submit form as Strikenet taken over my Weather Fusion. Would request a refund of $119.88 USD as I do not intend on using PDFfiller, or please inform me on how I can get a refund. Thank You.

This application is users friendly and easy to use. Great product. The only thing missing for my agency's purpose is the attachment part. If the attachment features is add to it, this would be awsome.

I’m new to PDFfiller. Like the create document feature, although have to search and search for specific forms....Not easy to access. But do find PDFfiller beneficial, useful. Will continue to subscribe to this platform. Great for personal use as well as business use.

The only thing I really had a problem…
The only thing I really had a problem with is that I completed what I thought was a "free" form and then had to sign up for a free trial. The actual program is very useful and helpful and relatively easy to navigate through.

Easy Forms
It has been good, but the saving of the files is not that easy, have to upload document every time you want a new copy.
The easiness to write pdf's and print them out.
The documents are not categorized and it would make it easier to find.

Easy Cancellation
I don't usually need to fill a pdf but this one time I did. I was pleased that I got the free trial. I used it the one time and was able to cancel the next day.

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. How to Modify Radio Button Contract

Should radio buttons be unselectable?
Radio buttons are supposed to be impossible to deselect, because users aren't supposed to leave radio inputs blank. The most common way of allowing users to not select any choice is to add a "none of the above" choice or "prefer not to say."
