The form 1096 is not current in the video shown - it shows 2012 and the number 7 is different for 2016, so would like an explanation of what NEC means. Thought I could use this for 1099 and also 1096 but still need to use IRs forms to send them, so dissapointing. Wondering what I will use this service for - does it allow ALL pdf files that I receive to be opened and edited? If so, then useful. Otherwise, probably short lived for me.Thx

What do you like best?
I love the ability to make my own PDF Templates. It is the perfect insurance agent tool when you're doing multiple certificates of insurance for commercial customers during renewal time. I love the feature where I can e-sign the documents and save it as a PDF which saves me ink and paper.
What do you dislike?
I can't figure out how to combine 2 PDF'S and merge them together so I use a different program for that.

The software is really good The software is really good, haven't tried the customer service yet.My only main issue is that it deals with the text as line by line and not as a block of text, and sometimes it when editing the text it makes it smaller automatically just by clicking on it.This makes it a bit harder to edit at some times but will see if it affects me much or if I can find a way around it. The rest is really well organized and efficient.

I used this service once and had to… I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

As many of you know, the current Docs Editors chat functionality is built on Google Talk, which we previously announced will be shutting down at the end of June. There will be no in-app promotion. Users will simply see the chat button below appear in Docs, Sheets, and Slides when collaborators are in the document.
Chat in Docs and Slides has a new look similar to what you're used to in Gmail. You can now start a group chat with just one click. Simply select the new chat button at the top right and a chat box will appear, making it easy for you to quickly message everyone who is in the file.
As many of you know, the current Docs Editors chat functionality is built on Google Talk, which we previously announced will be shutting down at the end of June. There will be no in-app promotion. To tell if there are other people in the document at the same time as you, look to the left of the share button. Here you see all active collaborators' profile pictures. Finally, you're able to start chatting. The chat button appears on top of the profile picture stack in the upper right-hand corner.
Chats in Google Docs aren't stored anywhere, so there's no way to recover a chat that's been closed out. If you want ongoing communications with your team, the chat feature in a document is not the best way to do it. I'd suggest using Google Hangouts Chat instead.
Chat with others in a file your computer, open a document, spreadsheet, or presentation. At the top right, click Chat. . This feature won't be available if you're the only one in the file. Enter your message in the chat box. When you're finished, at the top right of the chat window, click Close.
