Excellent tool, very useful and easy to use
In my work we use a lot of PDF for contact with the client and the truth is that it is useful to have such a tool to make it quick and easy; It's something less to think about.
The best thing about this tool is that it solves a basic problem with the PDFs we receive: editing them. It is also very easy to use, saves a lot of time and has the possibility of adding a digital signature to each document.
Some form formats are more complex to edit and the tool gets confused, but it happens with all other tools.

So easy to use and meets all my expectations
Knowing that it's there when I need it. I only use it when I get a new tenant. It also saves my information so I don't have to enter it each time.
I can find any form that I need. I own a small rental business and I am able to fill out my lease and Pd filler saves it and I can fill out the next with just changing the new lease's name and address.

Getting started was not good. After I got the form on the screen, it was not centered on the monitor and extremely slow to go to next lines. I can't seem to print the form now that I am finished.
During my attempts to complete the form, a blank square appeared in the middle of the form. I could not erase the blank square, and it drastically blotted out data that was important. When I tried to get a replacement form, it was to no avail. I finally printed the form with the blank square in the center and filled it in with a typewriter. Based on that, I didn't try to use your system any longer. In general, I was quite disaplpointed with the results.

Should you take notes on readings?
Do not take notes or highlight as you read. This tends to break up your flow and diminish your understanding. It also isn't very productive, because you don't know if the first sentence is worth taking notes on until after you have read the third sentence, which might be the real point of the paragraph.
Is it better to write notes or read?
The reason that people take notes is that 'just reading' is an incredibly poor way to learn anything properly. You learn things by doing them, not reading about them. Taking notes is a proxy for doing things, and it is probably a very efficient one for most people, but if you find it boring, then don't do it.
