The forms are very easy to fill out. I was unable to comments in a few places where I ran out of room for heirs and needed to include a comment to refer to an additional page.

easy to use and reasonably priced. The only difficulty I had was finding how to get back to the template once I'd done one 1099. There is probably a way to keep my company info for each subsequent form but I didn't find it. I only had a few 1099's so this worked great and will want to use it next year.

There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

Even though fixed-term leases don't automatically renew, landlords can still require tenants to provide 60-days notice, prior to the lease end date, of their intent to move out. If the tenant wants to renew the lease, a new lease must be signed.
A landlord can simply give you a written notice to move, allowing you 30 days (60 days if you've lived in the rental a year or more) as required by California law and specifying the date on which your tenancy will end.

Include your name and the rental address, and date the letter. Don't date it and hold onto it. Date it for the day you are giving it to the landlord to start the 60 days. Address the letter to the landlord with a subject line of “60-Day Notice to Vacate.”
You cannot rip the notice up or withdraw it, even if you change your mind. Because California law considers such a notice given to the landlord by the tenant legally binding, your landlord will expect you to vacate the premises on the agreed-upon date and may start eviction proceedings if you do not move.
Because you are now month to month, the general rule under California Civil Code section 1946.1 is that your landlord can serve you with a 60-day notice to terminate tenancy in writing without saying why she wants you to move out.
You can give 60 days' notice as if you only had a periodic tenancy. To do this, you must first ask your landlord in writing to give you a standard lease to sign. If the landlord does so, you have 30 days to give your notice. If the landlord does not do so, you can give your notice after waiting at least 21 days.
