It's hard when you start using it as there isn't a Pugh information on how to use it , so takes along time to do anything but you get the hang of it after a while, needs to be easier to navigate aroud

Great Customer Service
Used the service on a free trial, was a positive experience but I didn't need it after I was done applying for apartments. Forgot to cancel after my trial and was charged for 2 months, contacted customer service on their live chat and was given the full refund within a minute! World class customer service!

An excellent company with mind-numbingly awesome customer service. I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. Nothing super fancy but a stable, well purposed PDF editor that has easy access to upload and download PDFs.

A lot of competitors that are web based make this another run of the mill PDF editor. Nothing super fancy.
