Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

Excellent Tool for Editing PDF Files
We use PDFFiller frequently to edit PDF documents to send to clients or vendors. The online platform is very user friendly and has a wide variety of functionality. It does most of the things one would need to do, including adding text, erasing sections, checking boxes, and adding signatures.
I wish it was easy to merge PDF documents.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. I have got to say during this time of a COVID-19 crisis, it's nice to have a service like this where I can just get the pdf's filled out and signed. It also makes for the reader on the other end to see it more clearly. I am an extremely happy customer and will continue to be for as long as COVID is here anyway.

Honest business practices
Like many other online products, they make it VERY easy to sign up, and not so easy to cancel. But once I found the correct place, they did allow me to cancel and refunded my money quickly. While the product did not fit my needs, the company appears to be legitimate and honest.

easy to use and there are a lot of options to have things mailed, emailed, faxed, etc right with a click of a button and entering information. It does have a fee for this BUT it is SUPER convenient so honestly its a very small price to pay to not have to worry about all the extra work i would have to do myself.
