Good site/product. The only thing that bothers me is that is seems like when you email from the application (rather than save to your computer and forward) it seemingly wants the recipient to "buy" PDFfiller in order to print or use the pdf. I might have this wrong based on a hurried initial exchange.

It was the only source I could find to obtain 2014 Form 990 forms. The IRS site shows 2014 forms tabs but they are for 2015 which is the wrong form. I could not find the supplemental forms I needed by searching the website so I gave up and contacted customer support on your chat line. The rep was very polite and sought out all the supplemental forms I needed to finish the job. That's a real plus but I should have been able to find the forms on the website.

Great software
Excellent, the software is very easy to set up and use and gives me all the functions that I need to edit documents.
Ease of use. It allows us to edit documents easily and send them out to clients for signature.
Lack of choice of fonts. When you edit a document, the font is automatically changed, meaning you have to change the font throughout the document.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Easy and Superb!
I love how easy pdfFiller is to use. Also, the results are amazing! I uploaded a signature that looked great from my computer but I couldn't get the page colour right. PdfFiller fixed the colour so that the background of the upload and the entire document were identical. I didn't need to try fixing it myself!

What's an open permit?
When an owner obtains a permit to perform work on their property, the permit issued for that work is “open.” Typically, the work is completed, an inspection is performed by the local building department, and the permit is then “closed” by the local government.
Can I buy a house with open permits?
It is not unusual for sophisticated purchasers and lenders to require that all open permits be closed as a condition to their acquisition or financing of property, and this practice is becoming more common. If open permits are discovered late in the closing process, the owner may not have enough time to address them.
What does it mean to have an open permit?
An open or expired permit is a permit which has been issued by a County or Municipal building department but has not been formally finalized in accordance with established guidelines, typically by means of a final inspection, within the time provided.
Can you look up permits on a house?
Looking up Old Permits If you would like to learn more about a house that you recently purchased, you can head to the records office and obtain copies of any building permits issued for the house. You only need to prove that you are the owner of the home, and you'll have access that all that information.
Is it illegal to remodel without a permit?
Some homeowners may not even be aware that a building permit is needed. Whatever the case may be, conducting a remodeling job without the necessary permits can spell trouble down the line. If the project completed was not done according to standard, it's possible that the end result is actually unsafe.
Do Title companies check for permits?
The title company should check all that and advise you of any open permits, building violations, animal violations before you close.
How do I check if I have an open permit?
Go to Online services and then PIGS (property information verification). Enter the address, then click on Find, and all the permits issued (or holds on the property) will appear.
How do I find out if my permit was pulled?
If you cannot find blueprints, you may try obtaining them from the previous owner or through city records. Once you know what has been added, you can determine if a permit was needed and if one was obtained. You can search for permits through the city's building department. Some offer online searches.
