Ease of use is great because I am a one-person office, and don't have access to a lot of office machines, so this works good. I just have to figure out how to get it to scan.

I really like the program; however, when I save I get logged out. I have not been successful at using any form except the Offer to Purchase. I need addendums.

The products are awesome and have been essential to the success of my business!
The forms are very easy to access and to use. The ability to have access to such a variety of forms especially IRS forms. The freedom of use to so many forms and the ability to upload your own created forms far exceeds so many other products that have so many limitations on the use of their products.
My only complaint is that sometimes it is a little difficult to find certain forms that you are looking for but it is usually remedied rather quickly.

What do you like best?
Super easy to navigate. I am a custom cabinetmaker, and I use this to markup blueprints all the time.
What do you dislike?
Really no downside. I do find it takes a long time to merge docs, but that's really no big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
E signing docs. Editing PDF's that were sent to me on my computer without having to scan the doc is amazing

THIS PROGRAM IS VERY EASY TO USE, YES IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN A NO ONE CARES WHEN IT COMES TO SIGNING AN E-PAD.THIS TO HAD A FEW ISSUES AS FAR AS SIGNING MY NAME, IT WAS STILL VERY HARD TO SIGN MY NAME, BUT THE DIFFERENT OPTIONS THEY OFFER TO HELP YOU ARE GREAT!

Totally satisfied with both product and customer service.
I recently found out I was paying for two separate accts., and I contacted PDFFiller and they were able to straighten it out for me, I am very satisfied with both their product, and their customer service.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.

How do you open a document?
Press “Win-E,” locate your Word document on your computer and double-click it to automatically open the document in Microsoft Word. Open Microsoft Word, press “Ctrl-O,” locate the file you want to open and double-click the file to open it from within Microsoft Word.
How do you start a document?
Step 2: Microsoft Word will open up and present you with an option to select a document template, or a blank document. Step 3: If you don't want to use any of the templates on display, click on the blank document. Step 4: A new blank document will open up ready for you to start typing.
How do you type a document?
Click File and New or press the shortcut Ctrl+N to create a new document. Type the document you want to create. Save the document by clicking File > Save or pressing the shortcut key Ctrl’S.
