I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. Sloppy Documents No More! It's extremely easy to use and affordable. Worth every penny for our Real Estate team. Default At Company I like that I can read-only PDFs straight from Gmail - previewing with PDFfiller is way easier than having to download through Adobe. I feel like there is nowhere to go if you need assistance or a homepage to see all of the PDFs that you have viewed.

Great after-sales support! I recently signed pdfiler demo version to convert a PDF to a word document but for for some reason it didn't work, not the point. Point it, I forgot to cancel my subscription and was billed for the year. I immediately cancelled my subscription and contacted pdfiler via the online chat. That answered within 20 seconds and immediately refunded my payment. Really great service - thanks!

Well worth the subsription! I was a little skeptical about this program initially but I am thankful I gave it a try. It really is worth the minimal amount for a subscription. It is fairly easy to figure out. My one minor issue is how it keeps stacking your changes as recent documents, which again is very minor. I have used this personally, for our church and for work. Let's just say I am getting the best bang for my buck. Thank you for making a good and user friendly product.

This program works great! This program works great, sometimes things are a little off once you download and certain documents are easily editable while others can be a pain in the butt. Overall I like it & I think it's great. I would definitely use it & recommend it.

What do you like best? It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good. What do you dislike? Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to change PDFs and being able to electronically sign documents.
