My experience Pryor to contact customer support via online chat wasn't a pleasant experience. However my representative went over and beyond in my opinion to resolve the issue for me. The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

Convenient and easy tool!
I've used pdfFiller since 2016. Easy to use, and has been great for converting, editing and merging documents and forms. I love that unlike programs like Adobe Acrobat I can access and use pdfFiller from anywhere. It has been convenient for work and home use. Had to convert and digitally sign legal documents from Word to PDF today and no one involved had any suitable programs, but I had the solution with pdfFiller!

Great program
Great program. Let's you edit PDF, sign documents, send documents to clients or other persons to sign electronically. Also gives access (at least my package) to some limited legal forms which is helpful. Would highly recommend.

How do I open an older version of a Word document?
Open the Word file that you saved and now want to restore to its previous condition. Click on the “File” tab and select “Info.” Select the version you want to open in the Versions list. Click the “Restore” button when the file opens.

Can I retrieve a Word document that I saved over?
Right-click on the Excel or Word file and select “Properties”. Step 3. Go to “Previous Versions”, find and select the latest version or the version you want back, click “Restore”. In this case, the file has been saved over, and these tools will not help locate a previous version.
How do I recover an overwritten Word document?
Click Start, and then double-click on Computer. Double-click on the drive containing your overwritten file, and browse out to its location. Right-click on the Word file, and select Restore previous versions. A list of available items will populate, along with their locations.
How do I convert an old Word document to a new document?
