I am a real estate investor
I am a real estate investor. This program allows me to sign and send contracts on the fly. This program was easy to start - I was using it to sign and edit contracts within the first 5 minutes. I very much recommend PDF Filler.

Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.

What do you like best?
The fact that you can make templates for repeat use. That saves me a lot of time.

The cost is a little high for what I use it for- just doing some monthly billing for a handful of clients.

It saves me time and I have a lot of difficulties filling out insurance forms by hand as the fields are so small.

Overall, it's an excellent piece of software to utilize in your business or for personal document editing needs.
Allows for easy and quick editing of pdf forms so I can collaborate, sign, fax and send documents to team members and clients. Very helpful.
I have not any cons with the use of this software thus far, it's done everything i've asked of it with ease.

It works well in that you can fill out the form, but it would be great if you could move the text box once you've started. I was unable to do that and had to start over in some cases because alignment was off.
