I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the… I couldn't find 2018 W2 forms in the library. I looked for an hour. I could find 2016 W2s, 2019 W2s, but, not 2018. I found all kinds of IRS forms, but, not 2018 W2s. Finally I gave up after 2 days and emailed support. They responded immediately with form. It was awesome. I was shocked. "Only One Solution for All Your Needs Regarding PDF Processing!!" I've had a good overall experience with pdfFiller.I would advise other professionals in our sector who deal with several forms to engage with clients. This software's ability to instantly update forms from my PC is what I appreciate about it the most.Editing forms and adding digital signatures are some of the best features.I can also choose to fax documents if I need to.When it comes time to develop and submit crucial documents, these capabilities give my small firm a professional appearance. Maybe it's challenging to align or position the text boxes correctly, but I believe that with more practice and use, I'll get better at making these minor adjustments.

cost per document option I would like it if you could have a price per document option. I very rarely need this app but when I do, it is very nice to have.I can't justify a monthly subscription but would pay $3 to $5/document. to use this app.

Impressive customer service (LIVE support) I did not realise that my free trial expired until I got a charge for the month of December. I contacted 'live support' (which popped in in 20 sec) and Thomas was the most helpful I've ever experienced in customer service. He found out I had 2 accounts and when I explained to him that I actually only used the service once, he promptly offered me refund. I did not even expect one because I honestly thought this is another website that makes money by offering a trial and then charge you once trial is finished (which many of us would forget and only cancel when it is too late). But no, refund is already action, and he also cancelled my account as per my request with no fuss! Thomas, thanks for being extremely prompt and helpful! I will surely use this service next time. Thank you!

What do you like best? I have not used any other feature but editing the documents. it is so far to my satisfactory What do you dislike? when we need to have more than 2 files on the screen for editing by switching one from another to compare , i ound that i not able to do so, we have to close one and then open another another one, this will course losing the data and takes time ( that could be the possibility that features are there but i don't know how to use it at same time, Recommendations to others considering the product: based on my experience by using it, it is good for editing What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? i usually use pdFiller to edit the shipping documents that are not in compliance with requirements that officials need for format of the documents , contents of the documents ,such as some information are missing as the documents
