Easy I don't have to type documents every time. Just need to change the date, and other data. It saves documents and they are pretty much organized. The signature does not look good. The email looks funky. I will I can scan docs directly, and may be fax them.

The first step is to create a pivot table and add the Date field to the Rows area. Right-click any cell in the Rows area and choose Group Choose Hours only from the Grouping menu. You should now see a list of one hour increments in the Rows' area of the pivot table.
Make sure no hidden rows or columns exist. If you're sorting by a column containing a formula, Excel will recalculate the column after the sort. If the values change after the recalculation, such as with RAND, it may appear that the sort did not work properly, but it did.
Drag down the column to select the dates you want to sort. Click Home tab > arrow under Sort & Filter, and then click Sort Oldest to Newest, or Sort Newest to Oldest.
Select one cell in the row you want to sort. Press Ctrl + A, to select the entire region. Check the selected area, to make sure that all the data is included. Right-click a cell in the row that you want to sort. In the popup menu, click Sort, then click Custom Sort.
By default ORDER BY sorts the data in ascending order. We can use the keyword DESC to sort the data in descending order and the keyword ASC to sort in ascending order.

Select a cell in the column you want to sort. On the Data tab, in the Sort & Filter group, do one of the following: To sort from an earlier to a later date or time, click (Sort Oldest to Newest). To sort from a later to an earlier date or time, click (Sort Newest to Oldest).
A standard order is often called ascending (corresponding to the fact that the standard order of numbers is ascending, i.e. A to Z, 0 to 9), the reverse order descending (Z to A, 9 to 0). For dates and times, ascending means that earlier values precede later ones e.g. 1/1/2000 will sort ahead of 1/1/2001.
Descending Order Meaning. If the information is sorted from highest to lowest, it is said to be in descending order. For example 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 are arranged in descending order. In other words, if the numbers are arranged from the largest to the smallest number, it is said to be in descending order.
Click a field in the row or column you want to sort. Click the arrow. on Row Labels or Column Labels, and then click the sort option you want. To sort data in ascending or descending order, click Sort Ascending or Sort Descending.
