Ryan was extremely patient and persistent to solve the issue
Ryan was beyond patient with me to solve my issue. I really felt like he was determined to have me understand the instructions he was giving me towards the solution. He used a few of approaches. One of which was sending me a visual with arrows.....That worked!!!! His patience and persistence is refreshing and truly appreciated.

I had an issue merging documents using my pdf-filler account. I submitted a help ticket and the representatives were prompt in addressing my concerns and quickly began troubleshooting the issue with me. Support is good but last release is bad
I am really fond of their support team. They are very friendly and provide all help the can. But that's not enough for good product. Support can't fix bugs or make it good for tablets. Try harder.

I am using this program for school applications and I love the ease of downloading and making all my tests and worksheets fillable the only issue so far is that when students fill out worksheets and send to me they all come ananomously so if a student forgets name on paper I have no way to track it, it is definately the students problem but it is just a bit of a hassle.
