Great. Still getting used to it though. But is very helpful indeed. When I paid for this it cost $120 but my credit card was deducted $170. I am still waiting for a response please and a refund

So far so great! In a pinch and PDF filler has come through!! A bit disappointed that there is not a more expanded, cheaper personal version, but as I said before we are in a bit of a pinch.

The "Next" button seems to be getting in the way. Maybe having the next blank fill-in space highlighted would be more user-friendly. The primary IRS form I filled out had a neat feature for checking boxes. The Schedules (A, B, O) I filled out I had to type "x" in the box. Not a big deal, but ...

The program interface is OK but it could be a little more iterative. A form I was completing for the TSP TP77 and the TP76 did not place the letters and numbers (characters) in the exact center of each box making the document a little harder to read. I know this for sure because I have completed the same document using TSP website filler with the document are available. This would be easy for the company to fix this but they check their forms before making them available. But the overall online forms filler program works well and saves completed forms easily and has a generous library.

I lost all my forms that I filled out. I have to get blanks and start over. I'am not compurter literate. I could not retrieve my filled forms. What a waste of my time, No body bothered to let me know how l could retreve them. Only worried about what grade they would get.

I went into your chat hoping to get… I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!! The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!! PDF Filler though... has been a nice change!!! Thanks again!!!
