What do you like best?
The site is intuitive and everything is organized in a no fuss manner. Scanning in documents and making changes is easy.
What do you dislike?
The printing of documents can be tricky sometimes. Most of the time I save as a PDF and open with Adobe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have the basic Adobe software as well. It makes printing documents, in the proper size, much easier.

What do you like best? It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good. What do you dislike? Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it. Recommendations to others considering the product: Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems. What problems are you solving with the product? We read top to bottom; we expect the title of something (book, chapter, section, table, figure) to go above (before) the thing, not below (after). The table caption serves as a title for the table. Traditionally, figures have titles within them, so the caption goes below.
In papers written for classes and submitted to journals, every table and figure should include a caption, honoring these common practices: The caption for a figure appears below the graphic; for a table, above.

A Figure and its caption should appear on the same page. All captions should start with a capitalized word and end with a period. They can be sentence case or title case, but be consistent throughout the thesis.
Placement of Tables and Figures: According to the APA (2002), the typesetter lays out tables and figures closest to where they are first mentioned (p. 155).
Select the object (table, equation, figure, or another object) that you want to add a caption to. On the References tab, in the Captions group, click Insert Caption. In the Label list, select the label that best describes the object, such as a figure or equation.
Select the table cells that you want to number. To number the beginning of each row, select only the first column in the table by clicking the column's top border. On the Home tab, in the Paragraph group, click Numbering.
