Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. Easy to use with all the features we need for a pdf The way you allow to edit document is really great. Adding pages and adding images to pages works really well. Finally some application that has almost all the features we need to create or edit pdf.

I had an occasion to need a form filler… I had an occasion to need a form filler on a PDF. I found PDFfiller online and tried it with a trail. It did exactly what I had wanted and it was easy to use. I guess I forgot to cancel the trial so it did go into an annual charge. I don’t need a PDF form filler on an ongoing basis. When I saw the annual charge on my PayPal account I called immediately. I explained what happened and they immediately said they would close the account and refund my money. No hassle just very polite support person and efficient. Should I ever have an ongoing need of a PDF form filler I will absolutely buy PDFfiller. It works and they believe in customer support. A rarity today.

Format your transcript. Your transcript should include page numbers, a title, and the date. It's also a good idea to include an abbreviated version of the title and date in a header or footer on the page. You also need to identify the different voices on the recording.
Left-hand margin to be set at no more than 1-3/4 inches. Right-hand margin to be set at no more than 3/8 inch. Each question and answer to begin on a separate line. Each question and answer to begin no more than five spaces from the left-hand margin with no more than five spaces from the Q and A to the text.
Insert one 'tab' between the speaker name and the spoken dialogue as you transcribe the recording. Insert a line break between each paragraph as you transcribe the recording. Bold each speaker label as you transcribe the recording.
Click the Transcribe button to open the Transcription panel inside the Microsoft Word document window. It's built-in. Click the Open button to select a media file, and you're ready to get to work.
Speaker labels are words used to identify a person speaking in an audio. The label is usually the speaker's name, role or other identifying attribute. The speaker label should be followed by a colon and space. Also, capitalize each speaker label word.
Transcription is the process in which speech or audio is converted into a written document. Closed captions are time-coded to the video, while a transcript is just the text with no time information.
Every sentence should end with a punctuation mark. Except when the sentence ends with a double dash which means the sentence was incomplete, an unintelligible or inaudible mark when you cannot be sure whether the sentence is a question or not. The beginning of every sentence should be capitalized.

Place timestamps in brackets — [00:30]. The timestamp should be placed after the speaker's name and before the transcribed language is shown. If there is only one speaker, the timestamps should be inserted every 30 seconds within the transcript.
