I needed to type on an older document and this program seemed like a good choice. Also, since I can pay month to month I can stop when I am finished with the paperwork and that was a nice option.

I love it! my only gripe is not being able to send emails with pdf's as normal attachments. I have to send a lot of PDF's to insurance companies and they complain that their systems cannot open the PDF's as sent from pdffiller so I have to take the time to download them from pdffiller, upload them to my CRM, and then attach them in emails. It would be great to be able to save that time. But other than that I am very impressed with the service.

Excellent PDF Software Overall, this is an excellent software for businesses for the many things you can do with the program. I like that you can use forms previously created by other users of the software, or create your own forms as well. The software is user friendly, and provides all the functions we need in our business. Unfortunately, that you have to pay to use the software. I understand that everything comes with a price, there are developers, etc. Considering the functions it provides, it is worth paying.

Good product for the money this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great. Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files. Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

In general, attestation is the process of validating that something is true. A healthcare organization must demonstrate meaningful use in order to be eligible for payments from the federal government under either the Medicare or Medicaid EHR incentive program.
An attestation form is a document that serves as a declaration or statement of certain information that it is true. In other words, attestation forms serve as a proof that particular information is true and factual.
Attestation is the act of witnessing the signing of a formal document and then also signing it to verify that it was properly signed by those bound by its contents. Attestation is a legal acknowledgement of the authenticity of a document and a verification that proper processes were followed.
An attestation letter should be short, formal and to the point. Open the attestation letter with the date, month and year, then address the individual or company concerned. For example, Dear Mr. Smith or Dear Employees. The address will provide a clear statement of who is concerned in the matter of attestation.
Medicare requires that services provided/ordered be authenticated by the author. The method used should be a handwritten or electronic signature. Under certain circumstances, a rubber-stamped signature is acceptable.
A signature log is a typed listing of physicians and NPS identifying their names with a corresponding handwritten signature. This may be an individual log or a group log. A signature log may be used to establish signature identity as needed throughout the medical record.
Usually, a signature is simply someone's name written in a stylized fashion. However, that is not really necessary.
