The product is excellent, but very expensive for an occasional user. I paid a lot of money just to download two documents. Surely it would not be difficult to categorise number of forms required, and a calculated price accordingly? I will probably not require another form for 12 months or more. Unfortunately, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

What do you like best?
Ease with which any preprinted form can be filled out and then printed.
What do you dislike?
Not much to dislike but if anything, the step of sending the finished document to the printer could be simplified.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are able to scan certain forms used for billing on various projects and simply change the numbers monthly and quickly print out the new monthly invoices.

What do you like best? Ability to edit pdf files and general ease of use What do you dislike? Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.

Just put a hard coded vertical skip at the bottom of the caption and then write the footnote yourself (use \\footnote size for the size). You also have to manage the symbols or number yourself with \\footnote mark. Simple, but not very attractive, and the footnote does not appear at the bottom of the page.
Click where you want to reference to the footnote or end note. On the References tab, select Insert Footnote or Insert End note. Enter what you want in the footnote or end note. Return to your place in the document by double-clicking the number or symbol at the beginning of the note.
The footnote contains a note reference mark, such as “1,” and the footnote text under a separator line. The “References” tab includes commands that can footnote a layout element, such as a table. A footnote for a table can include the source of data and other information for analysis.
In LaTeX, you can use the % (percent sign) to comment out a line of text in your source code. If you'd like to include comments that appear in the PDF of your project, you can use the “To-do Notes” package. Command.
Adding comments is easy — simply click the “Add comment” button on the editor toolbar as shown above. ... You can reply to comments left by your collaborators by clicking on the “reply” option at the foot of their comment: It appears as a nested comment, and you can close the comments when you're done.

When coding, you can add comments by typing “//” on the left side of the comment (e.g., //This is a temporary step. ). You can use this same method when writing pseudocode to leave notes that don't fit into the coding text.
Click where you want to add a footnote. Click References > Insert Footnote. Word inserts a reference mark in the text and adds the footnote mark at the bottom of the page. Type the footnote text. Tip: To return to your place in your document, double-click the footnote mark.
