The one time I used helped they actually helped. The other service I tried to use before this one, I couldn't get any help.

Great, this time so far. I used the program a little over a week ago but my documents were messed up because I was not told I had to pay first in order to save or print the document. I had to create it all again. It was the same one as this now, 821 ssa form. It took me hours to get as far as I had.

How do you ship awkward items?
Please tape your address label securely on the flattest surface of the item that you are shipping. Cover the entire label with clear tape. Do not use “flying tags” (tags that hang from the item that you are shipping).
What order should I pack my house?
Declutter before you move. Identify last on, first off items. Designate a don't pack zone Know what items movers won't take. Know what to pack first when moving. Pack one room completely before moving on. Pack dishes with care. Use plastic wrap on liquids.
