Best support team I have ever had. I used the dreaded "CHAT" where I usually end up banging my head against the wall. Today I chatted with Sam and I am dumbfounded how great things went! I can honestly say I have NEVER had the satisfaction that I got today! I can't even think of a chat before where I felt human afterwards. Today, I am gobsmacked how well everything went!Sam took care of what I was there for and did it with professionalism like I have NEVER experienced in a chat with a business!I can not say enough about this company! I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Great Tool!
This is a wonderful tool if you have alot of forms and things that are important and need some adjustment. Prior knowledge with computers needed, but can learn alot and use for many reasons that are very productive/helpful. Worth the $!

A solid editor with a very minor flaw imo
Other than a better scroll bar for the area of the documents being edited, the interface is pretty easy to navigate if you have used any similar programs (such as adobe acrobat reader). I wish there was a less feature oriented version that was free to use/download, perhaps with a daily/weekly task limit, similar to things like smallpdf.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
