i love the copy feature so I can duplicate forms and just change the dates instead of filling out the whole form again when everything else stays the same.

I needed on copy of a form, that is all and I was charged 120.00, that is an expensive copy. I have cancelled your service and would appreciate a full refund. Charge me for one copy fine, but not 120.00. Thank you

I have been trying to cancel my… I have been trying to cancel my subscription for months. One of the problems is that I can't find the account. I have tried all of the email addresses that I use and can not find it. I have sent emails and wrote tickets trying to get some help but have recieved absolutely no response. I am paying $50 a month for a service I am unable to use or cancel. I was able to finally talk to someone who helped me find the email the account was under, canceled it for me and refunded the charges. The whole thing was quick and painless and I got the best possible outcome and that gives the 5 stars in my book. Thank you pdffiller for taking the time to hear my problem and helping finally find a resolution.

Document Saver Hello, I have had pdfFiller for six months' now, and I have never had a problem with them. All my documents come out lovely, just as I thought they would. My only knock is the price My only knock is the price, for a small business this is an unique tool to have to save money getting documents done over etc. If the cost was not out of my price range, for the amount of time i use it i would definitely purchase.

Wonderful and fast support team! I was in need of this service and it worked seamlessly and has a lot of options during the free trial that I had access to. I was not in need of the 1-year subscription that I was charged for. I reached out to their support team when I saw the charge come through and they canceled my subscription as well as fully reversed the charge with no hassle at all. This is a very useful service for those who need to edit pdfs frequently! Anna from their support team did a wonderful job and was very pleasant to work with.
