Great and easy way to make sure your PDFs are signed, sealed, and delivered as quick as possible.
As a contract administrator for my company, this makes signing PDFs easy, and allows it to be done in a timely manner. Easy to navigate, allows you to download your finished, signed PDF for storage.
Takes a little bit of time to learn the advanced functions, and a variety of color coding features who make highlighting PDFs more efficient when needed/if multiple people are adding notes.

This software made it easy for me to complete a single 1099-MISC that i needed and that i wasn't able to use my current software for. I was able to quickly create the document and send it out to the necessary party on a time crunch.
This would not be good to use for a large amount of 1099's but, it did meet my needs.

What I like most about PDFfiller is the ease of use. I appreciate the program design to edit PDF documents without scanning or printing. It looks great.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. The Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (BETA) is one of the several United States Uniform Acts proposed by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (ACCUSE).
What states have not adopted beta?
The BETA has been adopted by 47 states, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. The three states that have not adopted the BETA (New York, Illinois, and Washington) have all adopted similar laws making electronic signatures legally enforceable.

The Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (BETA) is one of the several United States Uniform Acts proposed by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (ACCUSE). Forty-seven states, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. Virgin Islands have adopted the BETA.
Is beta a federal law?
The DESIGN Act is a federal act, which means it affects people who do business online in all 50 states. The BETA, meanwhile, has been adopted on a state-by-state basis. Individual states have the option to adopt or reject the guidelines presented in the act.
