Love this program! I am new with it, but it makes my paralegal position ( I do public benefits advocacy) much easier in filling out forms that are not fillable on the Social Security website.

4 starts because of great chat support but some features I would change. Like when filling out fillable form, I don't like how the instruction window follows you through the entire document. Most other online forms don't have this because they assume the form is self-explanatory. The feature is cumbersome, like dragging around dead weight. Anyways, that is my input.

I am not 100% satisfied reason being the… I am not 100% satsfied reason being the whole document is not turning into Word, I want turn the whole document in word edit, retype as a word document and have it resaved it as word document.

Communication & follow through on point. Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and an effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed up for the 1year subscription. I contacted the help desk, and advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. Their reply communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month, refunded the difference $114 and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. If there is no court form of affidavit available for your needs, you can search for affidavit forms either online or at your local county law library. When using forms that you have sourced online, do check that they are applicable to jurisdiction where your property or court action is located.
