Unclear as to whether or not I can save multiple versions of the fillable form for future editing, which I assume, but it's not intuitive, otherwise I would have rated 5.

Very good user friendly software. The only negative was the advertised payment of showing a monthly amount but the company deducted the whole 12 months in one lump sum.

Why is my tax transcript not available?
If you don't see a return transcript available for download, it likely means that you didn't file a return for that year, or that the IRS hasn't processed the return. Record of account transcripts: Current tax year, five prior years, and any years with recent activity, such as a payment or notice.
How can I get my tax transcript online immediately?
You can get your free transcripts immediately online. You can also get them by phone, by mail or by fax within five to 10 days from the time IRS receives your request. To view and print your transcripts online, go to IRS.gov and use the Get Transcript tool. To order by phone, call 800-908-9946 and follow the prompts.
How long after filing Can I get a tax transcript?
allow 6-8 weeks after you mailed your return before you request a transcript. Balance due, and you paid in full of your return, allow 2-3 weeks after return submission before you request a transcript. We process your return in June and you can request a transcript in mid to late June.
