Show specific comments or all comments. On the Excel Ribbon, click the Page Layout tab. In the Page Setup section, click the Dialog Launcher at the bottom right. On the Sheet tab, from the Comments dropdown, choose 'As displayed on sheet'. Click Ok. Choose File|Print (or click the Print button)
Open your table in Excel, go to the Review tab and click on the Show All Comments option. Go to the Page Layout tab and click on the Print Titles icon. You will see the Page Setup window. Press the Print button to preview the page.
