I wanted to get the discount and pay for the whole year, not sure, it wasn't clear weather I actually paid that way or am paying for a month at a time? Need to make that easier to understand and make sure you are paying the way you want for the discount. You can do a follow up survey only if you are on the line when you call -

It is a little bit confusing on how the program works. I have been trial and error learning so far. It would be nice to get more direction and not just comment bubbles.

What do you like best?
I like to be able to upload multiple documents and then have the ability to rearrange them if needed, or remove, or even add to my entire document.
What do you dislike?
I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It helps me to add or remove specific line items, which I do not want others to see. It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.

Even Adobe editor couldn't help
I needed to change one document and even adobe software couldn't help. The only possible way was to sign up for a free trial. I forgot to end the trial and when I was charged, I contacted the support centre and they return me my money straight away. Very happy with the product and their support service. Would be happy for an option to pay for a single-use, as I'm editing pdf files only a few times per year.

Many of our forms require customization for each customer. The pdfFiller support team is very helpful

I would like more font options. Other then that I have no problems

Many times we need to make forms our own such as adding our logo. So we don't have to recreate the form or document.

How do I open an OBML file?
How do you open OBML files? You need a suitable software like Opera Mini from Opera Software ASA to open an OBML file. Without proper software you will receive a Windows message "How do you want to open this file?" or "Windows cannot open this file" or a similar Mac/iPhone/Android alert.
How do I convert an open File to PDF?
Click on Select A File and navigate to the location of your ODT file. Click on the ODT file you want to convert. Choose Create. Click the save icon to save your new PDF to the desired location.

How do I convert an ODT File to PDF in OpenOffice?
