I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I was surprised I still have to hand…
I was surprised I still have to hand write a form to send to IRS - I thought this would take care of it for me. Or did I miss something.

The software was actually really great and extremely useful. I didnt really experience any difficulties with it and was exactly what I needed and a quick pinch without having to install anything. There was one small issue with my account, but the support team got back to me within the same hour and resolved what I needed. Amazing all the way through.

So far astonishing. I created a fillable govt form locally=TEDIOUS. Uploaded it. Filled it out. Bad tab order :(. . Was able to change the tab order VERY easily. Send to email and boom. Awsome. So far
