The software is very user-friendly and FAST! I have purchased several PDF software programs through the year and many times Nuance Scansoft PDF (ver. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) and have purchased the Foxit (Phantom PDF) one. I can say that the ease, the speediness of filling out PDF forms and its online platform make PDF Filler my number ONE PDF software now. I have only one recommendation. If you could make a tryout period available for the Professional and Business versions, that would be awesome!

What do you like best?
I like the accessibility of the application. I can access from anywhere by just using my browser.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the sizing is a bit tricky and I need to play around with the edits to make it work.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I am able to take pdf documents, to which I have lost or never had the source file, and easily change them to what I need. Also, another great use is to fill-in forms in forms to which i only have hardcopy.

really great program this was a very user friendly interface, no guessing what different tools do or where anything is located everything is organized and very simple but at the same im there is a lot of useful and needed options for editing the pdf, even a way to convert to other document styles and save...can share or and docs as attachment to contacts that you choose, and h\they have the option to edit and add to the doc as well. im also getting a totally free no gimmicks snags or hidden charges or fees and i mean legit its really free for real! highly recommend!!!

How do I print an entire workbook?

On the File menu, click Print. On the Printer pop-up menu, select the printer that you want. Next to Print What, click the option that corresponds to what you want to print (Selection, Active Sheets, or Entire Workbook) and then click Print.

Can you convert an entire Excel workbook into a PDF?

Microsoft Excel allows exporting selected ranges or tables as well as saving one or several worksheets or the entire workbook as a PDF file. Open your Excel workbook and select the ranges or sheets you want to convert to a PDF file.

How to convert Excel workbook to PDF without losing formatting?

Change advanced settings in Excel. To avoid common formatting issues, such as cut-off text or shifted margins, you can make adjustments in both the Page Layout tab or the Page Setup menu option. Once you're happy with the formatting, go to File, then select Save As and choose the PDF option.

Why won't Excel print the entire workbook to PDF?

This happens because one (or multiple) sheets in your workbook have a different dpi setting for printing. Because of this, Excel assumes that each individual sheet has to be sent for printing separately, so it will send it in the same way to the PDF printer which will prompt to create a PDF from each sheet.

Why can't I convert Excel to PDF?

Why Save As PDF Not Working In Excel? Excel cannot save as PDF problem mainly occurs after upgrading or updating the Microsoft Office or Office 365 application like shifting to the Office 365. After that, you will notice Excel save as pdf option not available.
