I recently saw a charge for a PDF filling service, and I had no memory of signing up for it. December 2020 has not been a picnic for me. I reached out to customer service, and ******* handled it from beginning to end. She even works to get things done when I was not able to get her all the information she needed, due to unfortunate events going on in my life. They have reverse the charges. I don't know if this product works or not, but I do know that their customer service team does or very well if you are patient and persistent with them. That's rare for any product. So, they get five stars from me.

How do I release my IP?

Click Start→Run, type cmd and press Enter. Type config /release at the prompt window, press Enter, it will release the current IP configuration. Type config /renew at the prompt window, press Enter, wait for a while, the DHCP server will assign a new IP address for your computer.

Release / Renew IP: Expired IP addresses or other issues with a computer's current IP address lease are often the reason for network connectivity issues. When you type “config /renew” into the command line, that command orders your DHCP client to renegotiate an IP address lease with the DHCP server on your router.

What does IP release do?

First, config /release is executed to force the client to immediately give up its lease by sending the server a DHCP release notification which updates the server's status information and marks the old client's IP address as “available”. Then, the command config /renew is executed to request a new IP address.
