User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. I feel that adobe does a better job at converting PDFs. Although PDFfiller has a good trial period that you can use all their resources. I like that it has a notary with the plan you choose.

How do I protect conditional formatting?
Yes before you protect the worksheet select the cells you want the user to be able to edit, right click and select format Cells, then on the protection tab uncheck “locked”. What if I want anyone to be able to enter into all cells, insert rows and paste items without botching up the conditional formatting?
How do I lock conditional formatting?
Unlock the cells that you have conditional formatting on but want the user to modify. Then protect the worksheet, using the default lock settings shown of “Select locked cells” and “Select unlocked cells”. The cells can then be edited, but conditional formatting can't be changed.
Is there a way to lock conditional formatting?
Yes before you protect the worksheet select the cells you want the user to be able to edit, right click and select format Cells, then on the protection tab uncheck “locked”.
How do I lock conditional formatting in Excel?
Press Ctrl + A or click the Select All button to select the entire sheet.
Press Ctrl + 1 to open the Format Cells dialog (or right-click any of the selected cells and choose Format Cells from the context menu).
In the Format Cells dialog, switch to the Protection tab, uncheck the Locked option, and click OK.
