I needed a program that would allow me to auto-fill information on export documents that I am responsible for completing, and PDF fillers has given me the ability to do that. I know that PDFfiller will do a lot more than what I am aware of. I would highly recommend this site to anyone who needs almost any commercial-type document, or you can load your own document and create a pdf file and for your personal needs. Was a little cumbersome at first, but was able to figure out on own which says a lot about a computer program minus an instruction booklet. Yeah, I'm a little on the geek side.

What do you like best?
I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

Customer Service Is Great I used this service while at work and as a functional feature it is great, does what one needs it to do. However, as sometimes happens, I needed to charge this to my personal banking account at the time. When I left the company, I contacted their customer services team via their web based chat service and a kind lady named Monica answered my query. She was very helpful, diligent in helping me locate my details, and took her time to reassure me that the service subscription had ended and evening was a-ok. I know if I ever need to use this service I will come back, and part of the reason is because the customer care was absolutely spot on. Would recommend.

A bit difficult to navigate… A bit difficult to navigate through/enter updates unless you use this on a regular basis. Once the memory kicks in, it's a GREAT tool for making easy changes/adding necessary information.
