PDF Filler is intuitive to use (easy buttons). The one add I would like is to be able to edit signed documents and initial the edits...currently signed documents are Read Only even to the originator.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). A very useful product, although a bit tricky (complex) to work with. I don't fill out enough PDFs to make a subscription worthwhile, even at the discounted 75%-off rate. Thank you for allowing me to try it!

Very speedy response time!
I work for a Charity and did not cancel my subscription in time. However, true to their word, pdfFiller responded to my request to refund (didn't have the correct form I needed) within an hour. I was really impressed and very grateful that they will refund this charge. Even though I didn't use them, I would definitely recommend them. They came across as quite honourable which makes a change these days...

You acknowledged that people need a one-time use for. While this site was great, I don't need it in the near future. You made cancelling the subscription easy and not a giant maze of site's you need to navigate through.
