overall I like pdffiller, but there are some things I wish I could do, like circle items in word docs. The only circle function I see does not seem to work very well. I would like to be able to draw circles around items more easily. As for signature authentication, is it necessary to include date? It would be easier if the authentication did not include the date. This isn't a big deal, since I can see why the date is necessary... but sometimes I sign a contract on for example, Sept 1st at midnight, but I don't want my clients to know I signed at midnight Sept 1st, particularly if I should have signed the document sooner. Anyway, these are just little issues that I've come across and changes would make my business a bit easier.

Makes My Job Easy I use PDFfiller to create contracts and purchase orders. For contracts, I typically input data into Excel, and then use PDFfiller to create the finished contract from my Excel data. For purchase orders, I use PDFfiller to edit document information, highlight items, and sign the document. This saves me the hassle of having to print out documents, edit them by hand, and then scan/fax them. Very happy with PDFfiller, as it most certainly makes my job easier. PDFfiller has all the features that I need for my documents: adding a logo, highlighting, and drawing. I also think that it's great how you can seamlessly use Excel data to fill out forms automatically. This is especially helpful when creating contracts. The price is a little steep for what I see as somewhat of a basic software concept; however, it's worth it in my opinion. There is also a decent learning curve, but once you get the hang of all features, you can automate things and fill out your PDFs very quickly.

The 15 states that did not ratify the Equal Rights Amendment before the 1982 deadline were Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Utah, and Virginia.
States can continue to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) that Congress proposed in 1972 only if it is still pending before the states. If it is not, however, the 1972 ERA cannot be ratified because it no longer exists.
On January 15, Virginia became the latest state to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA), a proposed amendment to the Constitution that guarantees equal rights for women.
On March 22, 1972, the Equal Rights Amendment is passed by the U.S. Senate and sent to the states for ratification. First proposed by the National Woman's political party in 1923, the Equal Rights Amendment was to provide for the legal equality of the sexes and prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex.
The Equal Rights Amendment is necessary because the Constitution has never been interpreted to guarantee the rights of women as a class and the rights of men as a class to be equal. When the U.S. Constitution was adopted in 1787, the rights it affirmed were guaranteed equally only for certain white males.
Congress has no role in determining when a proposed amendment has been ratified, and the states cannot ratify an amendment after its deadline has passed. The ERA can become part of the Constitution only if it is again proposed and is ratified by three-fourths of the states while it is properly pending.
Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex. Pretty straight forward and clear. So, what would this mean. Now, thanks to the new 28th Amendment, it's enshrined that Equality cannot be abridged account of sex.
The ERA is the only proposed constitutional amendment to achieve approval by the required number of states after the expiration of a ratification deadline set (and extended) by Congress. [See Question 5.] Also, five of the states that ratified the ERA subsequently voted to withdraw their ratification.
The Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) was or is a proposed amendment to the United States Constitution designed to guarantee equal legal rights for all American citizens regardless of sex. It seeks to end the legal distinctions between men and women in matters of divorce, property, employment, and other matters.
The Equal Rights Amendment would provide a fundamental legal remedy against sex discrimination by guaranteeing that constitutional rights may not be denied or abridged on account of sex. For the first time, sex would be considered a suspect classification, as race, religion, and national origin currently are.
The Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) was or is a proposed amendment to the United States Constitution designed to guarantee equal legal rights for all American citizens regardless of sex. It seeks to end the legal distinctions between men and women in matters of divorce, property, employment, and other matters.
Human rights also guarantee people the means necessary to satisfy their basic needs, such as food, housing, and education, so they can take full advantage of all opportunities. Finally, by guaranteeing life, liberty, equality, and security, human rights protect people against abuse by those who are more powerful.
The Equal Rights Amendment is necessary because the Constitution has never been interpreted to guarantee the rights of women as a class and the rights of men as a class to be equal. When the U.S. Constitution was adopted in 1787, the rights it affirmed were guaranteed equally only for certain white males.
The Equal Rights Amendment is needed in order to prevent a rollback of women's rights by conservative or reactionary political votes. The ERA will promote laws and court decisions that fairly take into account women's, as well as men's, experiences.
In 1972, Idaho was among the first wave of states to ratify the ERA, approving it overwhelmingly 59-5 in the House and 31-4 in the Senate. In the House, the motion to adopt was made by Rep.
