Good for business Works well most of the time with only about 5% of customers having difficulty signing documents. Plan to keep using PDFFILLER does everything I need it to do for my business: quick edits, templates and storage. Some workflow improvements could be made to save clicks and therefore time. Would like more flexibility to send templatized emails

At the top menu, select Lists. Select Chart of Accounts. Highlight the account you want to move. Using the left mouse button, press and hold the account and drag it to the desired place.
After you enter account numbers, you can sort the Chart of Accounts in account number order by clicking Number in the column headings on the Chart of Accounts pages.
If you just created your file, make sure to record the accounts' opening balances. To access your Chart of Accounts: Select Chart of Accounts from any of the following QuickBooks menu: Company, Lists, or Accountant (if you're using an Accountant version).
Go to Lists then click Chart of Accounts. Ensure All Accounts (or Include Inactive in earlier versions) is selected at the bottom of the list. Go to Edit at the top left of QuickBooks. Select Re-sort List. Click OK on they Are you sure you want to return this list to its original order? Prompt.

From here, drag and drop accounts to the desired order and click save. Changes will be reflected in the order of the cards along the top of the banking page, as well.
