Great online chat support!
Support when I've needed it has been great which I can rarely say about most companies these days. While the program tends to be a little cumbersome it works for what I need it to. When I have issues the online chat support has been great an very little wait to get to someone. John resolved my issue over the weekend and Kara fixed the one I had this morning - I really appreciate both their help!

Can you change the order of fields on a report?
Change the Field Order in an Existing Table Report. Sometimes, when you display a table report, you find that the columns and their order are all wrong for you. It's easy to change. In fact, you don't even need to change screens!
How do you rearrange columns?
Move or copy rows or columns Drag the rows or columns to another location. Hold down OPTION and drag the rows or columns to another location. Hold down SHIFT and drag your row or column between existing rows or columns.
How do you move a field?
Hover your mouse over the field you want to move until the cursor changes to a down arrow.
Click to select the field.
Click and drag the field to its new location. A bold separator indicates the positions where you can place the field.
When you reach the desired position, release the mouse button.
