Accounting Assistant
This software made it easy for me to complete a single 1099-MISC that i needed and that i wasn't able to use my current software for. I was able to quickly create the document and send it out to the necessary party on a time crunch.
This would not be good to use for a large amount of 1099's but, it did meet my needs.

Excellent tools
Excellent tools. I tried it today on one form on free trial.
I won't carry on with the subscription because I find the prices really high and I rarely need this type of service.
Also, I don't like the deceiving ways of this business where they make you believe it's all free with no commitments until after you've spent the time to edit the document. When you try to download or print etc that's when you are stopped and asked to choose a subscription and give your bank details.

How do I move a watermark?
Double-click near the top of the page to open the header. Click the watermark to select it. (Try moving the cursor over the watermark until the cursor displays a four-headed arrow.)
How do I move a watermark in Word?
Use the handles to size the watermark and the green dot to rotate it. Then, to reposition it, click the text, hold down the left mouse button, and drag it anywhere on the page. For additional edits, right-click the watermark text and choose Format Picture from the Context menu.

Click the Design tab. In the Page Background group, click the Watermark button. A menu plops down with a host of predefined watermarks that you can safely duck behind the text on your document's pages. Choose a watermark from the menu. The watermark is applied to every page in your document.
