It has a lot of features to available learn and the support is awesome! It's a little time consuming to learn on my own though but again if I can't find what I'm looking for on the videos or the help I email customer service and they respond within an hour or two and I'm back rolling.

It works, almost a must have thing. But not everything is perfect, there are some limited options. But you will never get it perfect because it is not an original document.

I needed to find a template that I could use for Certified Payrolls for a small job we are working on. PDFfiller has helped me meet my deadlines. It also continues to help me as we work on this project by duplicating my existing Certified Payroll Form and updating it week by week so I do not have to retype information again. Ensure the Redact toolbar is visible (View→Toolbars→Redact).
Select Redact Image () and drag out a rectangular area to be redacted. ...

How do you black out something on a PDF?
