Adobe should take notes from PDFFILLER I like that it's web based which allows me to use it on any computer without having special software installed. Nothing too bad but sometimes the converter feature would hang when I was converting large documents.

What do you like best? pdfFiller is very easy to use. No experience needed and provided a simple and worry free solution for one of my customers. I have started using it for o create and make changes to forms, contracts, shipping documents and much more. All of my customers are impressed with the fast turn around and the add on service I can provide them with. The program has paid for itself on many occasions. What do you dislike? When uploading some new documents it is not always to change the text to fit my needs. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have customers that do not have the employees on hand to make last minute changes to shipping documents. I am able to do this for them and ease their issues at the last minute. I was happy that I found my forms, but you should have said from the first that it was a trial, I do not remember being told that It would cost me, but that's ok, I filled out and printed 3 N-311 Hawaii forms, which printed 5 sheets, I will gladly pay for them, but I do not want to continue my subscription to pdfFiller. I don't think I will ever need it again, but I do thank you for being there when I needed you.
